Create a team Q
Coaches: set up your team's shared calendar.

Open Settings → Your Qs → Create a new Q
Scroll to the Add section at the bottom of Your Qs.

Pick Team
Choose Team as the kind. Give it a name (e.g. U10 Spartans).

Set sport and color
These surface on every event so parents know at a glance which team it's for.

Save
The team Q is created. Next step: invite the parents (Invite parents to the team Q).
