Create a team Q

Set up your team Q in under a minute. One join code, every parent on the same page.

Open Settings → Your Qs

In the Quieta iPhone app, tap Settings, then Your Qs. Scroll to the Add section at the bottom.

Pick the team kind

Choose Sports, Church, School, Carpool, or Other. The kind sets sensible defaults — sports turns on RSVP and duty coverage, church and school skip the sport field.

Name the team and add a season

Give it a clear name parents will recognize on a roster (e.g. U10 Spartans). Add the sport, age group, and a short season label like Spring 2026. Avoid initials parents have to decode.

Tip: if you run a club with multiple squads, set the parent club Q first, then create each squad as a sub-team underneath. Parents see only the squads their child is on.

Save and copy the join code

Tap save. Quieta creates the team Q, generates a six-letter join code and a public Q page, and shows a QR ready to print or share. Copy or share immediately while you have parents in front of you.

Send parents a single invite

Open Coach Launch Kit on your laptop or iPad. Paste the team name, your name, the join code, and the public Q page link. The page generates a parent email, team-chat post, QR poster, and 48-hour reminder you can copy out.
