How can we help?

I'm new to Quieta Sign in, name your Q, import one source, capture one schedule, and invite one useful person. I'm an organizer Import TeamSnap, SportsEngine, GameChanger, BAND, roster CSVs, member lists, signup sheets, and fee collections. I'm a household joining a Q Use the invite code or public Q page, then choose app, web, or calendar feed. I'm using desktop Open the Q Organizer Console for imports, templates, roster paste, announcement drafts, and launch kits. I want to connect my AI Open Settings -> AI Connections for the MCP setup, then use ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI you already trust to Ask Quieta what changed. I want email or messages in a Q Use Q draft connections or iOS Share Sheet to send one open item into Q inbox drafts without broad mailbox, browser, or conversation sync. I want Quieta on TV Pair Apple TV with a typed code, choose the Q it shows, and keep display data approved and room-safe.

Getting Started

Tap the capture button to snap a photo of a flyer, screenshot, or any schedule. Quieta's AI reads it, extracts dates, times, locations, and categories, then drafts events for you to confirm. You can also type or paste event details directly.
Go to People & Sharing (tap the person icon in the header), then tap "Invite Member." Choose their role and share the invite code. Each role sees only what they need.
A Q is the shared plan for a household, team, class, church group, troupe, troop, co-op, camp, or organization. Families use Quieta for the family day. Organizers, teachers, directors, coaches, and group leads use Q Organizer when they need rosters, member lists, imports, announcements, RSVPs, duties, and collections.
Point your camera at any schedule, flyer, or event info. Quieta uses on-device text recognition plus cloud AI to extract event details. You review and confirm before anything is added. It works with printed schedules, screenshots, emails, and handwritten notes.

Your Schedule

Quieta calculates when you need to leave based on the event location, your prep time, and real drive times. It learns your patterns over time and gets more accurate with use. You will get a notification when it is time to head out.
Smart checklists auto-generate a "what you'll need" list from scanned documents and event context. If the soccer schedule says "bring shin guards and water," the checklist will have those items ready the morning of the game.
When creating or editing an event, tap "Repeat" to choose daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurrence. If you scan a schedule with a recurring pattern (e.g., "every Tuesday"), Quieta detects and applies it automatically.
Quieta continuously checks all family members' schedules for overlapping events. When it finds a conflict, it shows you the overlap and suggests resolution options like reassigning a driver, adjusting times, or splitting pickup duties.

Sharing & Qs

Invite family members from People & Sharing. Each person gets their own view filtered to what matters to them. Co-parents see everything; babysitters see only what they need for their time with the kids.
Organizers, teachers, coaches, and group leaders can create an Organizer Q to publish events to all families at once. Go to Settings, tap "Create a Q," give it a name, and share the Q code. For bulk work, use the Q Organizer Console at getquieta.app/coaches/app to paste a roster or member list, draft announcements, and prepare duty follow-ups. Families follow the Q, and updates land in their family Stream.
Organizers create an Organizer Q, then scan, type, or paste their season schedule once. On desktop, the Q Organizer Console gives fast forms for season events, roster paste, announcements, and duty or RSVP follow-up. Every subscribing family gets the events automatically. Trial and paid households get richer departure and checklist intelligence around those events. Schedule changes propagate instantly.
Co-parents with full access see the same household Q. If you use custody scheduling, each parent sees events for their custody days plus shared events. You control visibility per event and per member in Member Management.

Q Organizer

No. Q Organizer is for the person running the team, class, club, church group, troop, studio, co-op, camp, or program. Families join or follow the Organizer Q from Quieta, where the shared schedule, RSVPs, duties, and payment requests sit beside the rest of the family day.
Start with what you already have: TeamSnap roster CSVs and schedule links, SportsEngine member and schedule exports, GameChanger schedule sync links, BAND calendar URLs and copied posts, spreadsheet rosters, member lists, SignUpGenius reports, snack lists, carpool sheets, ICS files, screenshots, and copied emails. Q Organizer previews participants, households, events, and duties before saving.
Starter is for trying a small Organizer Q. Team unlocks the core operating layer: roster or member import, schedule import, announcements, RSVPs, duties, launch materials, and online collections for one Organizer Q. Org is for multi-group organizers who need templates across Qs, reports, branding, admin roles, waivers, and broader publishing controls.
Yes. Q Collections lets Team and Org organizers assign fees to roster households. Households pay from Quieta. If households cover online checkout, they see one clear checkout fee before payment; Q keeps processor cost and Q service fee split internally for accounting.

AI Connections

Quieta can help you connect Claude, ChatGPT where connectors are available, Cursor, VS Code/GitHub Copilot, Cline/Roo, Windsurf, Perplexity, Gemini CLI, and advanced custom tools. If your AI app does not connect directly yet, use the copy/paste prompt instead.
Yes. Tap your AI in Settings -> AI Connections. Quieta creates a read-only connection and copies the setup instructions. It lets your AI explain what changed, what matters, and what can wait, without preparing edits.
In the app, open Help or Settings, then AI Connections. That screen creates the read-only key, copies the MCP setup bundle, and links back to the public AI Connections guide if you need the technical URL.
No outside AI tool directly changes real events. Draft suggestions can prepare source evidence and proposed changes. A signed-in Quieta user reviews and applies them before anything becomes real.
Start with: "What am I missing? Tell me what changed, what needs action, what can wait, and what Quieta should draft for review." That prompt keeps the answer practical instead of turning into a generic calendar summary.
Use copy/paste mode. Copy the first prompt from Quieta, paste only the details you are comfortable sharing, and keep private connection details out of chat prompts. When your AI app supports outside tools, use the one-tap read-only setup path.

Safety & Privacy

Yes. Only people you explicitly invite to your Q can see your events. All data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Quieta automatically detects sensitive content (medical appointments, legal meetings, therapy sessions) and applies privacy controls. These events are hidden from non-parent roles by default. You can adjust visibility on any event.
Safety mode provides enhanced privacy protections for sensitive family situations. It includes audit logging, restricted access controls, and emergency information management. Safety features are always free, no subscription required.
Yes. All safety features including custody scheduling, emergency info, and attorney access are always free. We believe no one should have to pay for tools that protect their family.

Billing

Quieta Basic is free and includes receiving shared Qs, safety features, and family coordination basics. Q Organizer uses Starter, Team, and Org language: Starter is for trying a small group, Team unlocks the core operating layer for a team/class/club, and Org adds multi-group controls, reports, templates, waivers, branding, and advanced publishing. Quieta household paid tiers remain managed separately inside the family app.
Quieta Basic includes 5 lifetime scans, unlimited shared Q receiving, read-only share access, manual events, reminders, calendar import + export, emergency info, custody basics, attorney access, all safety features, and one read-only AI connection for "What am I missing?" Q Organizer Starter, Team, and Org cover organizer publishing and operations. Safety protections are never gated, and capture prompts appear after value is visible, never mid-scan.
On iOS, go to Settings > Manage Plan > Cancel. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can also manage subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your access continues through the end of the billing period.
