Bring a whole team into Quieta from a spreadsheet, email list, or copied registration export.
In Quieta, open the team Q, then open Roster. On desktop, open Coach Console and choose Roster paste.
Use comma-separated or tab-separated rows. Good columns are: parent name, email, and phone. Add player names in the notes column or keep them in your source sheet until child-to-roster linking is turned on.
Check spelling, remove duplicates, and make sure phone numbers or emails belong to the right household before sending the invite.
Share the team invite code or link. Once a family joins, they can RSVP, claim rides or snack duty, and receive team schedule updates inside their family Stream.
