Set your default view (personal / family / all)
Control what you see when Quieta opens.

Open Settings → You → Appearance
Tap the gear icon, scroll to Appearance under the You section.

Tap Default scope
You'll see three options:
Just me — only your own personal events.
Family — shared family commitments (the default). This is what most parents want.
All Qs — everything across every Q you're in.

Pick one
Takes effect the next time you open Quieta. The Q pill row at the top of the Stream always lets you switch on the fly.
The second row — Default view — controls density (day/week/month/flow). Scope and density are independent.
