Add an event manually
Type in an event, set the time, save.

From the Stream, tap the + button
The round plus button in the lower-right opens a New Event sheet.

Type the title
Like Soccer practice or Dentist — Emma. Quieta auto-suggests a duration and category from the title.

Pick a date and time
Tap the date/time fields to open pickers.

Set who can see it
Family (default) — everyone in the Q sees it.
Just me — only you see it; others see a 'Busy' block.
Public — shareable with subscribers/followers.

Save
Event appears on the Stream in the right slot. You can tap it later to edit or delete.
Quieta remembers venues — if this is a recurring event at the same place, next time the location will auto-fill.
