Create or open the event
Same as adding any event — but open it for detail.

Tap RSVPs
Turn on the RSVP toggle for this event. You can set a headcount target.

Parents tap Yes/No in their stream
The event shows an RSVP pill on their Stream. One tap = confirmed.

See the RSVP dashboard
From your event, tap See RSVPs for a list: who's coming, who's not, who hasn't answered.
