Turn one email, page, selected text, screenshot, or message at a time into Q inbox drafts. Quieta does not scan mailboxes, browsing history, or conversations.
In Quieta, open Settings → AI Connections. Choose Gmail drafts for Q, Outlook drafts for Q, or browser page drafts for Q. Quieta copies a source token for the selected Q.
Gmail drafts for Q sends the current Gmail message. Outlook drafts for Q sends the current Outlook message. Browser page drafts for Q sends selected text or the current page. Each one runs only after you click.
For iMessage, WhatsApp, GroupMe, Signal, or school apps, use the iOS Share Sheet, copy/paste, or a screenshot into Quieta capture. Quieta does not read message history or monitor conversations.
Q draft connection items become Q inbox → Drafts. A signed-in Quieta user approves, edits, or ignores the drafts before they become real events or reminders.
Source tokens are scoped to a Q and can be revoked from Quieta. If a token is lost or a device changes hands, turn off that source and create a new one.
