Use a button in Gmail to draft one open message into Q inbox. Quieta does not scan your mailbox.
In Quieta, open Settings → AI Connections, then find Gmail drafts for Q. If you opened AI Connections from the Q menu, Quieta scopes the setup to that Q.
Tap Create source token. Quieta creates a Q-scoped source token and copies the worker URL plus the token. This secret is shown once. It can create reviewable drafts, but it cannot create real events directly.
Open Gmail drafts for Q settings and paste the copied source token. The main button is Create Q inbox drafts. The default worker URL is:
Open a school, team, travel, church, camp, or appointment email in Gmail. Click Create Q inbox drafts. The add-on sends only that current message into Q inbox drafts for review.
Quieta parses dated lines and places suggestions in Q inbox → Drafts. Approve, edit, or ignore them. Nothing becomes a real Q event until a signed-in Quieta user approves it.
This is not background Gmail sync. The add-on is for user-clicked current messages. It intentionally avoids broad Gmail scopes such as full mailbox read or modify access.
