Step away temporarily (sign out) or remove everything (delete).

Settings → You → Account
At the bottom of the You surface.
Capture pending after the next Q Organizer pass.

Pick Sign out or Delete my account
Sign out — keeps your data; next sign-in picks up where you left off. Delete my account — permanently removes your account and your personal data.
Deleting your account removes YOUR access and YOUR profile. Shared data in family/Organizer Qs you don't own stays. If you own a Q, delete it first or hand it off.
