Settings → Your Qs → tap the Q
Open the per-Q settings page for the Q you want to rename.
Capture pending after the next Q Organizer pass.

Tap Rename (first row)
A prompt appears. Type the new name, tap Save.
Only admins can rename a Q. If the row says Admin only, you need an owner to do it.
