That opens the Where do they fit? screen.

Pick Local helper
The second option. Use for a babysitter, a grandparent who drives on Tuesdays, or an assistant organizer.

Share the invite
Same as full member: pick a channel and send the link.

They accept + are scoped
They get access to just the events that involve them. Private events and other stuff stay hidden.
You can always upgrade a helper to a full member later from the member's row.
