Invite a local helper (babysitter, nana, assistant coach)
Connected tier — they see what involves them, not everything.

Open Settings → your Q → Invite someone
That opens the Where do they fit? disambiguator.

Pick Local helper
The second option. Use for a babysitter, a grandparent who drives on Tuesdays, an assistant coach.

Share the invite
Same as full member — pick a channel, send the link.

They accept + are scoped
They get access to just the events that involve them. Private events and other stuff stay hidden.
You can always upgrade a helper to a full member later from the member's row.
