Create a group Q (classroom, youth group, scout troop)
Teachers / pastors / leaders: set up a shared schedule.

Settings → Your Qs → Create a new Q
Scroll to the bottom of Your Qs.

Pick Group (or School)
Name it (Mrs. Patel's 4th Grade, Crossroads Youth, Troop 214). Add a description if you want parents to see it on a subscribe page.

Invite members
Full members for fellow leaders; subscribers for parents who just want the schedule.
