Capture from pasted text
Paste a text message, email, or schedule — get events.

Go to Capture → Paste text
Tap the paste-text option on the Capture screen.

Paste the content
Anything goes — a text from the coach, a copy-pasted email, a forwarded schedule.

Tap Extract
Quieta finds dates, times, venues, titles. Multi-event blocks (like a season schedule) all come through at once.

Confirm what you want to keep
Uncheck anything that isn't a real event (like a footer or duplicate). Tap Save.
